Description
What we will pay for:
- Any failure of the Theradome where it will not power on, does not run for the 20 minutes for each session or will not charge.
- We offer a replacement unit if the Theradome cannot be economically repaired**.
- A loan Theradome if the repair is likely to take more than 5 working days. (We may ask for a deposit that is fully refundable upon return of the unit, we will pay for carriage both ways).
- We also allow for a replacement battery, charger or power cord once in any 3-year period. (Outside of this we may offer these at a discount).The Theradome must be sent to us for assessment and repair and a report will be provided within 48 working hours, we recommend an insured and traceable carriage service such as Royal Mail special delivery. You will be liable for the cost of the return.
- The Theradome will be returned after repair with no charge for carriage***.
What we will not pay for:
- We will not pay for any repair or damage due to accidental damage. If there is accidental damage apparent and the fault has not been caused by this damage, then the fault may be resolved, and the accidental damage left unrepaired. If the accidental damage is deemed to be unsafe a quote will be supplied for the repair.
- With all chargeable repairs a quote will be provided, and payment must be made before a repair is commenced. The unit can be returned to you after assessment without a repair, but the carriage will be chargeable.
Leaving the Club early:
- If the club is ended prior to the 12-month period and no repairs have been made there will be no refund and no further charges and cover will cease. If a claim has been made then you will not be allowed to leave the club early.
- The cover will renew annually automatically until cancelled by you.
